Frequently Asked Questions
Who are you?
Gui: You do know that there is an “About” section, correct? At any rate, I suppose we can give another version of how we would describe ourselves.
We are a pair of souls that believe all people are capable of enlightened sovereignty by being one's own being.
Our purpose is to educate any being that seeks more knowledge in the realm of health science and spirituality, in addition to other topics not typically covered in the traditional educational model, as well as empower souls by helping them rediscover their inner wisdom and use their authentic truth to thrive in living their unique lives.
We perform this service this by utilizing what has worked for us through an educational and experiential endeavors and focus on the individuality of each being. We predominantly focus on providing topics that are typically not covered in the world of conventional education that would have served people to learn while they were children, but hey, better late than never.
Is this for me?
A simple yet loaded question. Only you can truly answer that, but what we can do is provide you with our viewpoints (as Yuri and Gui work in different ways, it only makes sense that some may resonate with one but not the other) as to the type of client that we are accustomed to work with, and see if there is a resonance based on what we say.
Yuri: This specific work has helped those that have tried healing from the mindset level (thought work, positive thinking, cognitive approaches) and still feel that they get in their own way.
This may be for you if you know you have the answers within you but you just need a map to get to them because you know that ONLY YOU know what you're feeling and you want to heal and honor that part of you in the most harmonious way.
This may also be for you if you are ready to be seen in in the deepest parts of you because you know you want to feel liberated from the inner chains that have kept you bound and finally feel the you are living your PURPOSE.
Gui: The ideal participant is a person that feels that they are limited in their overall health, but know that they can achieve more with the appropriate empowerment, wishes to obtain support in understanding the deeper origin of many personal ailments that conventional medicine cannot explain (idiopathic) or simply refuses to acknowledge, wishes to regain a sense of self-responsibility and self-sovereignty, and is not afraid to feel without the need to see what is being felt, much in the same way we cannot see the breath that keeps us alive, but feel its love when we are at our stillest.
Ultimately, in short, the ideal client is a person that sees the value of the work we do and how it will benefit their potential evolution.
Or, more simply put…
If you’re not thriving, you’re dying. Work with us if you are willing to see yourself thrive.
I noticed that you both have a background involving “medical” services. Do you take patients?
Gui: At the current time, and foreseeable future, we do not see "patients", as we have no interest in updating or renewing our certifications or licenses, and the legal discombobulation that exists within the conventional medical system is not worth our time when there are so many out there that would like to obtain the information needed for healing without the bureaucracy.
If we ultimately help a person feel better and heal, does it matter that not all our methods are conventional science-based? Apparently, to a lot of people, it matters a lot; enough that if provide services to patients, and our methods work better than most of the conventional means out there, we would be "punished" rather than "rewarded" for our efforts, especially if we teach that something that nature or your own body already provides can heal an ailment that conventional medicine makes billions on per year, and never actually even treats the cause, so it just comes back, and makes everyone more dirty money (not to be taken to mean that money is evil, but rather the unethical exploitation of knowing that something ultimately is not the answer, but is being sold as the answer).
In other words, we do not believe in the current medical model, which predominantly focuses on symptom relief and little else aside from fattening the wallets of those that wish to maintain a system that puts a material resource above the truly important resource of the planet, which is an enlightened being, which we are all capable of experiencing. While some may blame the current medical model on the very patients that request things like pain relief, the insurance system does little to provide access to modalities that help long-term healing. Note that many of the services we focus on are not covered by insurance even when provided by our fellow healers that are currently licensed and choose to go the conventional medical route. We would also have to stamp everything with some silly statement about how it was not approved by a mob of hypocrites (not that I care who approves).
What do you specialize in?
Gui: We specialize in topics that the traditional academic realm does not typically focus on and presenting them in a manner that can actually be applied (much of traditional education is theoretical).
We choose to focus more on guidance and initiation, through education and empowerment, to support active healing on the part of the person in lieu of providing passive healing to keep a person dependent. An example of this would be helping a person how they are inducing a trigger point and ways to break from the cycle, rather than providing the same treatment for the same trigger point repetitively, with no actual effort from the person to reduce its recurrence.
Are your services suitable for children?
Gui: There is no one correct answer here. The devil is in the details and their delivery. Yuri tends to be gentle and sweet in her delivery as she focuses on reflection and space expansion, while I may be more uncensored as I focus on initiative and true fulfillment.
Presenting as such, if the same child comes to each of us separately with a question such as "Why didn't Santa Claus bring me a present last year?", and the parent never had an honest conversation with the child about Santa Claus, the child may come back after a session with Yuri feeling a little solemn but able to cope, whereas a session with me may elicit the child to confront the parents, wanting to discuss and express feelings that will need to be addressed.
In short, communicate with your child what they truly wish to gain, and see which of us is the better fit for the child. Do not, however, under any circumstances, impose on the child what you feel is right for them and ignore their sense of being altogether. An example of this would be if you have a male child, and feel that they are too sensitive, do not send them to me because you feel that the child needs to be more masculine, as the child may actually benefit from learning how to not only accept their sensitivity as a positive thing, but how to use that energy in a constructive form.
Additionally, for services where confidentiality is of the utmost importance, we do not perform virtual services as there is no true way to ascertain confidentiality in this manner. In-person services would utilize protocols that dictate the highest levels of confidentiality possible, to include whether the child wishes to have the guardians in the same room or looking across a one-sided mirror in a soundproof room. Guardians that demand to be in the same room to "assure safety" (translation for control and influence) will be turned down; children are souls of all levels in little bodies that are best respected in the same way one would respect a full-grown adult, even if the adult has the soul level of an infant.
What is going on with your fees? They seem a little high/low.
Gui: An infamous inquiry. Everyone has a unique value system, and there is no pleasing everyone. Luckily, our services are not about pleasing everyone, as they are about evolution, which involves a level of education.
Yuri would rather focus on believing that people will see the value in our services, and say "when you are ready, cost will be perfect."
I, on the other hand, have no problem taking the time to break down the situation so that people can finally be a little more aware of the realities involved in what one charges, and how, because I believe that investing some time to provide a little enlightenment and sincerity now will benefit all down the road. After all, I’d much rather have 3 happy clients than 20 clients where 3 are happy and 17 are miserable.
First to address the "too high" side. Understand first and foremost that we pay for everything we do and need to grow though our work alone. Our investments to our education, fees to maintain a legal business, our site, our living situation, etc. We do not receive subsidies, as we highly value our true independence. We do not use paid advertising, as we are not interested in promoting products. We also donate 10% to various causes that we feel, after extensive research, require donations to just stay afloat, and serve vastly underprivileged sectors of society, as well as nature conservation and animal welfare. We do not feel that having this business is all about us, and if we can contribute while respecting our own boundaries and security, we do.
Additionally, no service is truly free. There is always an investment involved in some way or another. People that truly provide free services are most likely supported in some other fashion that we at the moment do not have the privilege of experiencing, and they probably have a wait-list longer than your currently predicted life-span. Think those articles you read online are free? Think again. Think those videos you watch online are free? Did you know that the moon is made of cheese too? There is a huge difference between something you do not pay for and something that is free.
Now to address the "too low" side (yes, people that believe all should be free, payment is actually a form of appreciation, and there are people that love to pay for things because paying for something is actually empowering). The art of charging is a balancing act, and we did not get into this solely to serve the "have it all" individuals of life. Every being has value, but not every being that merits high-level services has a financial account that reflects their true value, for whatever reason. As such, accessibility is something that we do consider while assuring that we are anchored. At the same time, it makes little sense to charge an exorbitant amount and guarantee our foundation, only to destabilize many of the truly needy in the process. Not everyone was born with established financial dominance in the world, though they can discover it if they wish to experience it and maybe get some help along the way. We feel that charging what we charge at the moment strikes that balance, though the fees can change at any time due to circumstances.
The overall takeaway, the way we see it, is that what we charge costs less than an outing to a sporting event that, at best, provides you a few hours of euphoria, a memory of something that you did not do personally, and at worst, hours of distress, which only further deteriorates your health. What we provide can provide you a wave of relief that you can ride for the rest of your life if you are wiling to apply what you learn. To us, that's value that most can at least appreciate.
I realized that I provided faulty information, and the info provided to me is faulty as a result. Can I get a do-over?
If you are willing to pay for a new session, or use one of your program sessions so that the info can be actualized, then of course.
Oh, you meant for free? No.
Why not? I am going to get you canceled.
Here is a reality check. Very few things that we will discuss will be "new" or "revolutionary", and that goes for just about everyone out there in the field of healing, no matter how many buzzwords or other phrases to make themselves sound special are used. The methods may be "revolutionary", the possibility that you'll hear it for the first time may give the illusion of "revolutionary", but the info is most certainly not.
Thanks to the power of the internet, there is plenty of information out there and more accessible than ever before in this current time frame, and books that used to be censored are being rewritten in electronic form by people inspired by the same Source that originally inspired the predecessors, and courageous enough to put it out there. You are more than welcome to take the time and do it yourself.
If you want to spend the time doing so, you can do the research and experiments yourself, but as you probably said to yourself on the previous statement, "Where do I start????? It's so much. I don't have time for that."
Well, congratulations for discovering where we come into play. People that come to us respect the education, experience, and time that we have invested so that we can provide INDIVIDUALIZED guidance to an individual's optimal health. They see no problem paying for our time and intent, which is what a person that comes to us pays for. One of the real questions we answer is "What is stopping you from starting?"
We can give you the winning lottery numbers and show you how to play them, but if you choose to play a different set of numbers, avoiding what we suggest and going back to your favorite numbers because you fear playing something different, then we actually need to address the fear, because you'll just keep playing the same numbers, but we need to be on the same page with what you ultimately want, which requires honesty.
Sounds simple, but trust us, it is easier said than done, especially when the questions we ask become more difficult, which then become "rude" or "inappropriate". Kind of difficult to address a rash you are always busy scratching when you rather that we talk about the weather while we are asking you about the rash, don't you think?
People that truly honor our craft will see value in what we offer. Those that don't will always find an excuse.
